In 1922, Wilhelm Siegle and Friedrich Epple founded the company SIEGLE+EPPLE in Stuttgart, Germany. With just 5 employees, they specialized in the production of fans and air heaters for the ventilation of rooms. In 1930, they built a larger factory with its own hot-dip galvanizing shop in Stuttgart-Weilimdorf and expanded production to include drying and air extraction systems. When Wilhelm Siegle left in 1937, Friedrich Epple became sole owner. |
By 1950, the company already employed 60 people. Between 1953 and 1960, further production shops were constructed and in 1957 the administration building was added. |
